The Full-Time Entry Level Services/Installation/Repair position requires a Delivery Experience Cadet who is responsible for delivery, repair, installation, and disposal of home appliances and home theater equipment according to company standards. The Cadet should be proficient in networking, integration, and troubleshooting consumer electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities

• When it comes to customer satisfaction, creating connections with customers and providing individualized answers to their concerns is paramount.
• Completes appointments alone or manages a duo, addressing essential installations and repairs.
• The most effective method for installing big-ticket appliances involves careful planning to protect both the home and the appliances themselves. This can include measuring and safeguarding areas in the path of appliance movement, assessing the need to remove doors, and rearranging other items as needed to prevent damage.
• Improving customer satisfaction is accomplished by imparting expert guidance concerning the placement of products, services, and other complementary content.
• Partners with other Agents to maintain vehicles and manage inventory in an efficient manner.
• The individual is accountable for completing essential paperwork and payment procedures, offering constructive criticism and training to store teams, and performing necessary stock repairs and upkeep.

Basic Qualifications

• Maintaining a legitimate license to drive that is in good standing
• Best Buy mandates that a candidate's driving record must adhere to their safety standards, which includes a minimal number of tickets or crashes
• Being skilled at carrying items weighing up to 350 pounds alone or up to 700 pounds aided by support tools like a lift, harness, or dolly
• A person must attain the age of 21 years or above to be considered suitable
• The employee must acquire and maintain any state or local licensure within 90 days of starting the job
