Overview:

Pacific Sales requires a Full-Time Entry Level Store Associate to be able to handle customer transactions accurately and promptly while providing an excellent customer experience. The Customer Service Specialist performs the core job responsibilities of processing customer transactions, order fulfillment, item returns, and exchanges while adhering to the 5 step sales process.

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that customer requests are handled swiftly and satisfactorily:

• Undertake the task of handling various transactions, including but not limited to new orders, returns, exchanges, and releases, with utmost precision and promptness.
• Focus on building a rapport with the customer to gain their trust and confidence in recommending additional product offerings.
• The Sales Specialists rely on their assistants to provide support with customer follow-up, scheduling deliveries, reconciling purchase orders, and conducting stock checks.
• Take inbound calls and draft shipping invoices for deliveries.
• Daily deposit entry can become complicated when multiple sources of income are recorded, which is why reconciling the data is crucial to ensure that all deposits have been accounted for.
• Maintain ongoing orderliness in the Customer Service work center.
• As an expert in inventory management, I can offer a range of services including reconciling assorted reports like research reports that have no account. My assistance can also be beneficial in product handling by providing swift receiving and effective shipping, plus catering effectively to customer will calls.

Basic Qualifications:

• The value of a high school diploma or equivalency cannot be overstated in a competitive job market
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service for at least one year

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in business management or a comparable program is necessary for this job
