Overview:

The occupational obligations of a Customer Service Specialist include creating solutions to organizational challenges, keeping the Customer Service workplace well-organized, and selling Accessories and General Service contracts to customers during the review of sales orders.

Become an expert in the product offerings of Pacific Sales and provide informed recommendations to customers:

• Facilitate the smooth flow of transactions by processing new orders, releases, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.
• Offer personalized recommendations based on the customer's needs and align them with the Accessories and General Service Contracts.
• Sales Specialists need support from assistants in various aspects such as customer follow-up, scheduling deliveries, reconciling purchase orders and stock checks.
• Handle phone calls and prepare invoices for shipping arrangements.
• A significant part of report reconciliation involves calling reports, which is the process of verifying and ensuring that the information presented in the report is complete and accurate.
• Continuously maintain organization in the Customer Service work center.
• One of the areas where I can provide valuable assistance is inventory management. I can help you reconcile different types of reports such as research reports that cannot be accounted for. Additionally, I can help you improve your product management by providing support in receiving and shipping products, as well as handling customer will calls.

Basic Qualifications:

• The attainment of a high school diploma or its equivalent opens up a plethora of doors towards success
• Successful completion of a full year in a customer service or retail sales position

Preferred Qualifications:

• To qualify for this role, candidates are required to have completed a college program in business management or a related subject
