As an appliances department Appliances Sales Specialist, your primary focus is on understanding customers' needs, preferences, and budget, providing them with expert service and suggestions. It is important to keep yourself informed of all details regarding products in the appliances category, including specifications, features, and benefits. Being efficient and effective in managing your time will result in the optimization of daily tasks and duties.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with customers in the appliance section to enhance the consumer journey, finalize purchases and generate revenue that leads to sustainable growth and attains sales targets
  • Keep up-to-date on the newest technological advancements and merchandise by undergoing continuous education and career advancement
  • As a professional, it is your responsibility to manage customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with the utmost attention and care to ensure that their shopping experience is positive and fulfilling
  • Organize your tasks based on urgency and importance to effectively manage your time. This means focusing on tasks that are both urgent and important, while minimizing or delegating tasks that are neither
  • Ensure that your department is always merchandised and organized to its fullest potential in order to provide the best possible customer service
  • Teach additional sales associates the ways to thrive in the department

Basic qualifications

  • With a year's worth of practice in constructing intricate solutions for sales, customer service, or similar areas, my skills are both honed and ready to be put to use

Preferred qualifications

  • Applicants must possess at least one year of leadership experience in a relevant field or an equivalent of military leadership
  • Having worked for a year in the sale of exclusive products, high-end labels, and personalized design spaces
  • One year of professional exposure in managing customer relationships (CRM)
