Overview:

A critical aspect of the role of the Customer Service Specialist is to create solutions to any organizational challenges in the Customer Service workplace. Additionally, the specialist is responsible for selling Accessories and General Service contracts to customers during the sales order review process.

Conduct follow-up activities with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement:

• Process transactions, such as new orders, exchanges, and returns, effectively and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Highlight the benefits of General Service Contracts, such as extended coverage and peace of mind, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• To support the Sales Specialists, one of your duties is to perform customer follow-up, schedule deliveries, reconcile purchase orders, and conduct stock checks.
• Manage incoming calls and create invoices for shipping purposes.
• To reconcile reports, it is important to have all the information that the reporters require, including the source data and any supporting documentation.
• Ensure that the Customer Service work center remains organized at all times.
• Managing inventory processes efficiently is essential for business success. Let me support you by reconciling various reports, including research reports that cannot be accounted for, as well as assisting you with receiving and shipping products and handling customer will calls with finesse.

Basic Qualifications:

• Without a high school diploma or equivalence, individuals can face limited job opportunities and earning potential
• One year of retail sales experience or working in a customer service role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Applicants with a degree or higher in business management or related field are preferred for this position
