The Day-to-Day Work of a Distribution Center Associate

The Distribution Center Associate position in the Occasional Seasonal Supply Chain requires the operation of powered equipment to move products around the facility safely. The job also entails receiving, routing, and shipping consumer electronics in optimal condition for delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• The key to a positive customer experience is building connections with clients and finding innovative ways to meet their needs.
• The job of preparing, handling and dispatching goods for inbound and outbound trucks.
• Placing products in particular sections facilitates tracking and monitoring of stock levels.
• Maintains a clean and sterile work zone to promote a healthy work environment.
• Carefully submit all required forms.

Basic Qualifications:

• Equipped with the endurance to handle prolonged standing and sitting without issue
• Experienced in functioning in a space without heating or cooling systems
• Can manage to lift weight up to 75 pounds without facing any unreasonable hardship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Power equipment certification
